Troubleshooting

1.There might be blockage with the filter, roller brush, and the tube; Please check and clean those parts in time.

2.The roller brush cover, filter, and clean water tank have not been installed in place; Please check and install those correctly

Method 1. Rinse the filter with clean water. Thoroughly dry it before reinstalling it.

Method 2. First take off the filter directly and try if it can be used. If yes, please replace the filter with a new one.

Method 1.

(1). Take out the dirty water tank cover and wipe clean the 2 probes under the cover (2 contact pins wrapped in transparent silicone).

(2). Use metal (screwdriver or key) to rub the contact between the host and the dirty water tank induction.

Method 2.

Contact customer service to replace the induction base of the dirty water tank.

1.Place the vacuum upright on the charging base after designated cleanups and make sure the clean water tank is full.

2. The self-cleaning function can be enabled only when the vacuum is charged and the battery level is more than 10%. Please check the power to ensure that the power is not less than 10%.

1.Please confirm whether there is too much garbage in the dust cup and clean it up.

2.Please confirm whether the filter is clogged due to excessive dust, and clean it up. Please confirm whether the filter has been thoroughly dried before using it after washing.

1.Please check whether the vacuum is out of battery or low on power.If so, please fully charge the vacuum, then resume use.

2.Please check whether the vacuum is overheated. Overheat protection mode may be triggered by blockage.Please wait until the vacuum cools down.

3.Please check whether the suction port or airway passage is blocked. If so, please clean the blockage.

1.Please check whether the brush and suction inlet port are blocked by foreign bodies. If so, please clean up and dry it completely before use. And, please do not use a vacuum cleaner on wading ground.

2. Please use the other brush connected with the metal pipe and the main suction port to see if it can rotate normally.
